Joyce Little has been a licensed realtor since 1993, where she has spent her time helping people find their dream homes in the Treasure Valley. Joyce has found herself being a Circle of Excellence award recipient for the past 22 years in her field and was a member of the Top 100 Realtors in Idaho. When Joyce isn't helping her clients you can find her enjoying life with her husband, children, and grandchildren. Wait, did someone mention dogs? Joyce has two dogs- a Goldendoodle and a Mini Schnauzer who's personalities are swapped. The Mini Schnauzer thinks he's a big dog who can take on the nearest Pitbull even though he always loses and her Goldendoodle thinks he's an 85lb lap dog. Even though Joyce loves to work hard and help her clients, she does have hobbies. Joyce's hobbies include working out and working in her yard, but not gardening because she says she can't grow a vegetable to save her life. When you feel like going on an adventure, Joyce recommends going to Sun Valley in the summer or winter and if you happen to enjoy skiing like Joyce you'll find Sun Valley to be a great winter vacation destination. As you may know, Idaho doesn't have any beaches but that doesn't stop Joyce from loving the beaches of Hawaii and Cabo. If you are looking for a great place to eat in the area, Joyce recommends Ahi Sushi in Eagle, but she might be a tad biased because it's happens to be her favorite restaurant!
