Neighborhood Housing Services is developing twenty townhome-style condominiums in Boise's River/Myrtle district. The two and three bedroom homes ranging between 785 and 1,344 square feet will serve a growing population of active professionals that would like to leave the office and spend their commute time downtown, on the river, in the foothills, or at Bogus Basin.
